Diamonds Boxing and Fitness - Group Class

BOXFIT AND TECHNIQUE
Non-contact

Fitness classes that incorporate boxing training methods, body weight exercises, pad work and bag drills. Daniella ensures everyone is taught the correct technique for their own safety.

BOXING CIRCUIT TRAINING
Non-contact 

A circuit class that incorporates a variation of exercises that has been used by boxers for decades.
Get a taste of some of the secrets boxers have used to achieve increased levels of fitness and weight loss goals.

BOXING ACADEMY
Some contact 

A small class designed to teach the basic fundamentals and intricate skills required to perform in the ring.
You do not need to be a fighter to participate in this class. Daniella works closely with all students during this skill based class.

JACOBS LADDER FITNESS SESSION – With Sione Finau
Non-contact 

An outdoor session at the infamous Jacobs Ladder. Includes stair sprints/runs/walk and group exercises. An extremely popular class with huge results.

BOOTILICOUS CLASSES – With Talia 
Non-contact 

Talia Smith has designed a class that hits all those problem areas – Hips, Buttocks, Thighs and Tummy. All levels are catered for, with variations provided to ensure 100% achievement.

90 MINUTE BOXJAM
May include some contact 

An end of the week class that basically incorporates everything from all classes through out the week. An extremely popular class with great energy and next level motivation.

SKINNY LEGENDS WEIGHT
LOSS TRAINING

Non-contact 

The infamous Skinny Legends have lost hundreds of kilos on the scales and metres on the tape.  It was designed based around Daniella’s experiences as a professional boxer and Body Sculpter. This class is specifically designed for weight loss and includes a 30 minute tutorial after class to answer those questions on weight loss you’ve always wanted to know.  An extremely interactive session.

DIAMOND JUNIORS
Non-contact 

A skills and drills class for children 5 years and above. Delivered in a fun and positive learning environment.
